Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because our products are handmade, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer during high-demand periods.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.
Handmade Product Notice
Each item is carefully handmade to order. Slight variations in color or finish may occur.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing (for international orders)
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:
- Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
- Contact the shipping provider directly

International Orders
We offer international shipping via a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service to provide a seamless, worry-free experience for our customers worldwide. With DDP shipping, all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout, allowing your order to move efficiently through customs without unexpected delays or additional charges upon delivery. This approach helps ensure faster clearance, greater transparency, and a smooth delivery process from our business to your doorstep.
